As a Swim Coach, you will lead swimming lessons designed for children and youth on the autism spectrum. Key Responsibilities:



• Design and deliver lesson plans for skill development • Adapt coaching methods for diverse abilities and needs • Ensure smooth session operations and participant engagement • Support and guide fellow staff during activities • Assess participant skills through observations and report writing

Requirements: • At least 1 year of coaching experience in recreational settings • Lifesaving Society Swim Instructor Certification required • Valid Standard First Aid and CPR-C Certification • Ability to navigate all pool depths • Provide references and pass a criminal record check
