Key Responsibilities:
Assist individuals in achieving various life goals
Provide home support including personal care
Facilitate community outings and social activities
Maintain accurate records of activities and goals
Engage in meaningful, purposeful day-to-day support

Requirements:
First Aid and CPR certification required
Explicit criminal record check (paid by CLS)
Ability to maneuver a wheelchair
Capability to swim independently
Experience with person-centered approaches preferred
