Key Responsibilities:
Provide psychiatric assessments and effective interventions
Develop and maintain detailed care plans
Share insights and progress reports with team members
Assist clients with diverse mental health challenges
Ensure compliance with BCCNM’s standards of practice
Requirements:
Current RN status with BCCNM membership
Minimum three years’ related experience in community settings
Valid First Aid and Class 5 B.C. Driver’s License
Robust foundation in trauma-informed nursing practices
Capability to handle physical demands of nursing tasks
