We are launching a new Portuguese-inspired fast-food concept. Built around bold flavours, quality ingredients, great coffee, and warm Portuguese hospitality, our restaurant is opening soon—and we are looking for energetic Cashiers and Baristas to join our opening team.
Responsibilities
Welcome every guest warmly and provide friendly, efficient service
Take orders accurately and process payments through the POS system
Prepare coffees, specialty beverages, and other drinks
Explain the menu and confidently answer guests’ questions
Assemble and package dine-in and takeaway orders
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked counter and coffee station
Communicate effectively with the kitchen and management teams
Follow all food-safety, hygiene, and cash-handling procedures
Help create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for every guest
What We’re Looking For
A warm, outgoing, and professional personality
Robust communication and customer-service skills
Ability to remain organized and effective in a fast-paced environment
Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Cashier, barista, restaurant, or customer-service experience is an asset
Knowledge of Portuguese food or culture is an asset but not required
Availability for a versatile schedule, including evenings and weekends
French and English communication skills are considered an asset
