You will work to modernize risk management practices in alignment with industry standards and regulatory expectations. Oversee the execution of CORM initiatives across business groups
Establish operational risk appetite frameworks and KRIs




Develop measurement methodologies for operational risk
Drive consistency in risk reporting and analytics capabilities
Provide independent oversight and challenge risk assessmentsRequirements:
10+ years in operational risk management experience
Robust qualified certifications preferred (e.G., CFA, FRM)
Experience in federally regulated institutions
