J&M; Industries Ltd. is looking for a Full time Receptionist

Functioning as an essential part of the team, the Receptionist performs and coordinates office/reception related activities and contributes to the smooth and efficient operation of J&M; Industries.

Providing services in confidential reception and clerical services to maintain a qualified business environment.

QUALIFICATIONS: Grade 12 education (MB Standards)

Proficiency with Microsoft programs (Outlook, Word, Excel), as well as Internet applications and other Information Technology
Ability to respect and promote confidentiality
A minimum of two (2) years Reception experience

Effective writing skills are required to take messages, compose memos, update information/files

Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, and professionally at all times.




Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
Must hold a valid Class 5 Driver's Licence
Looking for immediate availability
Hours of Work: Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00
