Job Summary

Cogency Inc. is seeking an experienced Guidewire Technical Lead / Solution Architect to lead Guidewire implementation, configuration, customization, integration, and production support initiatives. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on expertise across Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and/or ClaimCenter , with experience in both Cloud and On-Premises implementations .

The successful candidate will provide technical leadership across onsite and offshore teams, work closely with client stakeholders and project leadership, and contribute to solution design, delivery, technical governance, and the development of reusable assets and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership for Guidewire implementation, customization, integration, and post-production support.




Lead solution design, technical architecture, configuration, development, and implementation activities.
Coordinate effectively with offshore delivery teams and ensure alignment between onsite and offshore teams.
Oversee daily communication, status reporting, and coordination between onsite/offshore teams.
Manage daily task allocation, progress tracking, monitoring, and status reporting to clients and project leadership.
Participate in requirements analysis, detailed technical design, development, integration, testing, and deployment activities.
Design and implement complex business rules and Guidewire-based solutions.
Configure and develop Guidewire components across Transactions, Job Configuration, Lines of Business, Forms, Administration,
