Key Responsibilities:

Track job placement outcomes and provide participant support
Keep accurate records of engagement and placements

Requirements:
Minimum of two years' experience in job development or outreach
Ability to negotiate placement agreements with employers
Familiarity with government employment programs is preferred
Valid Ontario G driver's licence required
Robust written and verbal communication skills
