Key Responsibilities:



• Lead and expand a team of software engineers • Define a strategic 12-month roadmap for SQPA • Improve processes for high-stakes changes in codebase • Own the runtime and core dependencies of the search engine • Resolve high-priority customer escalations on search performance

Requirements: • 2+ years in managing software engineering teams • Strong technical background in complex software systems • Experience with low-latency and high-throughput systems • Familiarity with search system operations • Proven ability to coach and develop team members
