EBC seeks an experienced Mechanical and Electrical Coordinator with 3 to 5 years in construction. Your role includes planning, scheduling, and oversight of M&E; systems. You will work closely with subcontractors to ensure quality installations and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute M&E; project requirements
• Develop and adapt project schedules proactively
• Manage M&E; contracts and uphold terms
• Organize pre-construction coordination meetings
• Oversee commissioning programs for smooth transitions
Requirements:
• University Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• 3 to 5 years of M&E; coordination experience
• Bilingual in French-English (oral and written)
• Proficient in MS Office and MS Project
• Knowledge of LEED standards is an asset
