The Role Conveyor Belt Splicer will lead junior technicians to perform service works at customer sites, including installation and vulcanization of conveyor belts, lagging of pulleys, installation of repair fasteners, and related tasks. You will travel regularly to quarries, mines, and cement plants to ensure customers are up and running quickly and efficiently. This role requires leadership skills and the ability to work away from the office/warehouse setting as a team with limited supervision. Language: English Education / Qualifications Completion of secondary school General mechanical aptitude Minimum 2 years of experience in conveyor belt splicing or rubber lining Experience working outdoors (cold, heat, noise) in a physically demanding role Ability to lift 60+ lbs. with the assistance of another person Robust work ethic,
