Provide essential nursing care at AgeCare as a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN). Engage with residents and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care delivery. As a Registered Practical Nurse at AgeCare, you will use your expertise in geriatric and long-term care nursing to support resident health, alongside Personal Support Workers. You’ll implement policies, coordinate with healthcare teams, and ensure vital communications regarding residents’ conditions. - Implement AgeCare policies in collaboration with the Registered Nurse
- Liaise with healthcare professionals and external partners




- Notify physicians of any significant changes in resident status
- Guide Personal Support Workers on proper care procedures
- Participate in shift reports with healthcare team members Requirements:
