Position Summary: To balance daily revenue and cash receipts and reconcile numerous reports on daily business transactions for Niagara’s Finest Hotels. Duties and Responsibilities: Primary Responsibilities: Responsible for reports & photocopies Performing accounting procedures Balancing all departments in Food and Beverage Answering phones in a professional manner Working with Maestro system Taking guest reservations on an occasional basis Taking messages and forwarding to the appropriate departments Dealing with guests in a professional service-oriented manner Responding to guest complaints Having a thorough knowledge of Niagara’s Finest Hotels’ products and services Actively seeking ways to meet guests’ product or service needs Secondary Responsibilities: Able to deal with minor disputes Performing minor maintenance when required Responsible for evening Guest requests All other duties as assigned Technical/Managerial/Administrative Requirements:
