SCOPE OF THE POSITION The Retail Inside Sales Representative supports the Retail Sales team by conducting outbound calls and retailer outreach across Ontario, Quebec, and British Columbia. This role is focused on building relationships with grocery retailers, communicating promotions and new product opportunities, gathering marketplace intelligence, and supporting the execution of retail sales initiatives. This position is ideal for a highly organized, bilingual (English/French) sales professional with experience working in the grocery retail industry who enjoys relationship building and telephone-based sales support.
