We recruit volunteers in each of the communities we serve including Saint John, Kings and Charlotte Counties in Southwestern New Brunswick. We intentionally match young people in schools and in the community with these carefully and professionally screened and trained volunteer mentors and provide monitoring and support throughout the lifetime of each match for the mentor, mentee and family. By building Developmental Relationships between the mentor and the mentee that express care, challenge growth; provide support; share power; and expand possibilities,



young people can graduate our programs with measurable outcomes.
