About the Role

Our client is seeking a meticulous and organized Retail Inventory Specialist to manage stock levels and ensure accuracy within their store in Kimberley . This role is critical for maintaining optimal stock availability, minimizing discrepancies, and supporting efficient supply chain operations. You will be responsible for conducting regular stocktakes, analyzing inventory data, and implementing procedures to improve accuracy and reduce shrinkage. Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular and accurate physical inventory counts and cycle counts. Analyze inventory data to identify discrepancies, trends, and potential shrinkage issues. Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Manage stockroom organization and ensure efficient stock replenishment on the sales floor.



Process inventory adjustments and reconcile discrepancies with system records. Collaborate with store management and staff to ensure adherence to inventory policies. Requirements

Proven experience in inventory management, stock control, or a similar role, preferably in retail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. Proficiency in inventory management software and basic computer applications. Ability to perform physical tasks associated with stock handling and counting.
