Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for several Material Handler (Evening)s in the Electro-Mechanical Industry in Ottawa, Ontario. Under general supervision, the Material Handler – Kitting carries out semi-routine tasks in support of the warehouse function. The Material Handler – Kitting generally works with clearly established procedures to perform responsibilities.

Responsibilities

- Assists with interplant transfers
- Door Service (P0LR); works with company inventory system
- Transfers excess material between customers
- Performs cycle count activities
- Resolves discrepancies and recommends changes to processes to reduce future discrepancies
- Maintains and updates policies and procedures and trains others as required
- Replenishes raw material using a variety of established replenishment methods




- Expedite shortages or potential shortages in order that manufacturing and/or customer orders can be satisfied in a timely manner

Requirements

- At least one (1) year of previous warehouse, material handling, and/or electronics-related experience, minimum
- High School Education, minimum
- Strong organizational, communication, and attention to detail aptitude
- Excellent PC skills are required
- Basic math skills are required
