Key Responsibilities:



• Implement nursing processes and document residents’ conditions • Supervise and mentor Personal Support Workers for optimal care • Facilitate communication among the interdisciplinary team • Conduct safety assessments and manage care standards • Control medication records and inventory on the unit

Requirements: • Active Registered Practical Nurse certification in Ontario • Experience in palliative care is beneficial • Current CPR certification required • Proficient in English with solid communication skills • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights
