In this vital role, you'll take ownership of building financial infrastructure from scratch. Responsibilities will involve defining internal controls, managing consolidated financial reporting, and adhering to technical accounting requirements as we grow. Work directly with leadership to craft essential financial reports for boards and investors while coordinating with external tax firms for compliance in each jurisdiction.

Key Responsibilities:



• Develop and optimize financial close processes every month • Prepare and review consolidated financial statements according to GAAP • Implement controls for revenue recognition and lease accounting • Manage relationships with local accounting and tax services • Oversee cashflow forecasting and liquidity management efforts

Requirements: • Qualified accounting credential: CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent • At least 3 years in Finance Controller roles or equivalent • Strong background in multi-entity consolidation • Proficiency with QBO; hands-on experience vital • Strong communication skills for managing service providers
