Join ILS as an Attendant and play a vital role in helping clients live independently. This position offers structured full time hours focused on compassionate care in the community.
In the Attendant role, you will report to the Supervisor of Staffing and deliver high-quality support to adults with physical disabilities and seniors. Your mission will include assisting clients with everyday activities and ensuring their needs are met as per their individual service plans. Effective communication and organizational skills are essential in this fulfilling position.
Key Responsibilities: • Assist clients with personal care and daily tasks • Follow individual service plans for tailored support • Ensure client confidentiality in all interactions • Employ technology to enhance client support • Work collaboratively within a diverse team
Requirements: • Valid PSW Certification, RN, RPN, or relevant experience • Reliable vehicle and driver’s license for travel • Current CPR and First Aid certifications • Strong interpersonal and time management skills • Knowledge of health & safety practices
