This full time position requires an experienced estimator who can prepare comprehensive cost estimates from initial concept stages through to tender submission. You will conduct thorough material, labour, and subcontractor calculations and engage directly with project owners. Effective presentation skills and the ability to lead estimating workshops are key, as you will collaborate closely with operational teams to ensure project specifications and budgets are met.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed estimates for water, wastewater, and bridges




• Conduct comprehensive take-offs for all aspects of projects
• Lead workshops to foster transparent cost decisions
• Present complex estimates in meetings

Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in a relevant field
