In this position, you will manage private and registered fund structures, negotiate advisory agreements, and address compliance matters for institutional and private wealth clients. Working in a collaborative setting, you will liaise with various legal and compliance teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on structuring and forming private and registered funds
• Support investment advisory services agreements
• Manage regulatory compliance for OSC and SEC matters




• Negotiate agreements with service providers
• Collaborate with global Legal and Compliance Departments

Requirements:
• 6-10 years of legal experience, 5+ in large law firms
• Knowledge of Canadian National Instruments
