As an Administrative Support V, you will be instrumental in the coordination of various residency activities, reporting, and stakeholder communications. Engage with residents, faculty, and external organizations to manage onboarding, committee activities, and departmental events, ensuring effective communication and excellent support. The position also entails regulatory reporting and record-keeping, requiring a high degree of organization and adaptability.

Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate onboarding, promotions,



and certifications for residents • Manage departmental events and conferences effectively • Prepare reports and maintain accurate documentation • Facilitate communication among faculty, staff, and stakeholders • Support recruitment initiatives and engage with residents

Requirements: • Post-secondary education in office or business administration • 3-5 years of relevant administrative experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities • Valid Driver's License and vehicle for travel
