Il sagit dun poste temporaire avec possibilit de permanence , idal pour une personne qui aime le travail pratique en entrept, qui est laise avec les systmes informatiques et qui souhaite apprendre et voluer au sein de lquipe.

Le poste combine des tches physiques en entrept et des tches informatiques lies la gestion des stocks et au traitement des commandes.

Lenvironnement de travail est principalement francophone; toutefois, les candidats doivent tre laise de communiquer en franais et en anglais .

Principales responsabilits Recevoir, ranger, prlever, prparer, emballer et expdier des produits consommables et des verres.

Prlever les articles avec prcision laide dun lecteur RF et vrifier les produits par rapport aux commandes.

Traiter les rceptions, les stocks, les commandes, les expditions et les retours laide de systmes informatiques, notamment Oracle .

Crer des demandes dachat dans SAP pour certains types dachats (une formation sera offerte).

Ranger et rapprovisionner les produits sur les tagres de lentrept.

Effectuer des inventaires physiques et participer au contrle des stocks.

Prparer et emballer les palettes pour lexpdition (une formation peut tre offerte).

Utiliser de lquipement dentrept, notamment des transpalettes, des chariots, des diables et des escabeaux, et tre laise dapprendre utiliser un chariot lvateur mt rtractable Raymond (formation offerte sur place).

Effectuer occasionnellement des livraisons entre lentrept et un btiment voisin.

Maintenir un espace de travail propre, organis et scuritaire.

Effectuer toute autre tche dentrept au besoin.

Profil recherch Diplme dtudes secondaires ou lquivalent.

Permis de conduire classe 5 valide .

Bilingue en franais et en anglais ; lenvironnement de travail est principalement francophone.

Une exprience antrieure en entrept, en expdition/rception, en prparation de commandes ou en gestion des stocks constitue un atout. laise avec les ordinateurs et des logiciels tels qu Excel ; une exprience avec Oracle ou SAP constitue un atout, mais nest pas obligatoire.

Capacit travailler debout pendant toute la dure du quart de travail.

Capacit soulever rgulirement des charges de 2 15 kg et occasionnellement jusqu 20 kg (44 lb) . laise avec lutilisation dquipement dentrept et dappareils de levage.

Excellent souci du dtail et bonne acuit visuelle.

This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on warehouse work, is comfortable using computer systems, and is eager to learn and grow with the team.

The role involves a combination of physical warehouse duties and computer-based inventory and order processing.

The work environment is primarily French-speaking; however, candidates must be comfortable communicating in both French and English .

What Youll Do Receive, put away, pick, prepare, pack, and ship consumables and lens products.

Accurately pick items using an RF scanner and verify products against orders.

Process receiving, inventory, orders, shipments, and returns using computer systems, including Oracle .

Create purchase requisitions using SAP for certain types of purchases (training will be provided).

Stock and replenish products on warehouse shelves.

Perform physical inventory counts and assist with inventory control.

Prepare and wrap pallets for shipment (training can be provided).

Use warehouse equipment such as pump trucks, carts, dollies, and step ladders, and be comfortable learning to operate a Raymond reach truck (training will be provided in office).

Assist with occasional deliveries between the warehouse and a neighbouring building.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Complete other warehouse duties as required.

What Were Looking For High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid Class 5 drivers licence .

Bilingual in French and English ; the work environment is primarily French-speaking.

Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, order picking, or inventory experience is an asset.

Comfortable using computers and programs such as Excel ; Oracle or SAP experience is an asset but not required.

Able to work on your feet throughout the shift.

Able to regularly lift 215 kg and occasionally lift up to 20 kg (44 lbs) .

Comfortable using warehouse equipment and operating a lift.





Strong attention to detail and good visual acuity.

Able to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Reliable, punctual, resourceful, and able to work independently.

Strong team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Safety footwear and other required PPE must be worn.
