Apply now: and Advantages Full time Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm Hybrid work model, 2 days a week from home Salary ranges based on experience Competitive insurance package and RSP program Vacation and personal days Internal advancement opportunities Monthly public transit reimbursement Responsibilities - Inbound calls; Processing customer requests and data via email or calls. - Respond and take care of customer problems and inquiries. - Act as liaison between customer and sales - Update requests when necessary and notify all affected parties of changes - Maintain an accurate inventory of all equipment, including containers, trucks, and more. - Track equipment usage - Respond to equipment-related emergencies, such as breakdowns or accidents, and implement solutions to minimize downtime Qualifications - Forwarding/shipping, transportation experience is a must - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to multi-task time sensitive issues - Ability to work in a fast-paced setting - Well organized, ability to handle stress & meet tight deadlines - Knowledge of the Office suite, ease to understand customer oriented software''s.
