Prepare month-end closing and the financial statement Accounts Receivable & Revenue: Monitors aging reports, accurately applies cash receipts via Cargo

Wise, handles billing disputes, and manages weekly overdue accounts and credit approvals.

Accounts Payable & Cost Control: Reviews vendor payments using a 3-way match system, tracks landed costs (freight, duties, insurance), and manages monthly expense accounts with proper backups.

Operations Collaboration: Partners closely with logistics teams to ensure accurate job costing and works to optimize system processes between finance and operations Team Supervision Qualifications Bachelors degree in accounting, finance,



or a related field 3 to 5 years of professional accounting experience Bilingual communication skills, both written and oral in French and English Intermediate Excel Skills Experienced with ERP systems Note on English Proficiency: Based on an assessment conducted by our client, it has been determined that this position requires candidates to be fluent in English (both verbal and written).
