At PSP Investments, youll join a team of motivated and engaged professionals, dedicated to propelling our organization further than ever before. ABOUT THE TEAM The Total Rewards team is responsible for the design and management of PSP''s global compensation and benefits programs.
This team ensures competitive offerings, cross-jurisdictional compliance, and alignment with PSP''s strategic objectives.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Total Rewards, the Senior Manager will lead global retirement and benefits initiatives, influence PSP''s directions, and manage a team of professionals.
This role requires subject matter expertise while possessing strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple complex projects and processes simultaneously, and a commitment to supporting the organization''s objectives through competitive total rewards strategies. ABOUT YOUR ROLE As a Senior Manager, Pensions and Benefits , youll: Ensure the evolution, optimization and continuous improvement of pension and benefits programs, in support of PSP''s total rewards strategy Ensure the implementation and management of employee benefits and pension programs in multiple jurisdictions,
ensuring compliance with local and international regulations Ensure the budgetary monitoring of pension and benefits programs and contribute to the identification of optimization opportunities Evaluate the effectiveness of current programs, and make recommendations to support business objectives, risk management and employee experience Influence management of relationships with external vendors, including supporting service renewal and improvement processes Act as a member of the various global pension committees and develop recommendations and presentations to support decision-making Lead the communications strategy for the pension and benefits programs, in collaboration with the internal communications and HR teams Anticipate the risks and impacts associated with regulatory changes and recommend necessary adjustments to maintain compliant and sustainable programs Act as an expert advisor to HR teams and managers on pension and benefits issues Lead and develop a team of benefits professionals, fostering a culture of performance and engagement Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and ad hoc deliverables within the Total Rewards team WHAT YOULL NEED Bachelor''s degree in actuarial science, human resources, business administration or related field (masters degree or CEBS is an asset) Professional designation in actuarial,
human resources, compensation or benefits management (CFIF, CFIA, CEBS, etc.) is an asset 10+ years of progressive experience in benefits management, including at least 3 to 5 years in a leadership role Strong knowledge of global advantages programs and compliance requirements Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex relationships with external vendors Excellent analytical, negotiation, collaboration and communication skills Ability to work in a constantly changing environment with flexibility and a high level of autonomy Strong organizational skills, managing competing priorities while meeting deadlines Bilingualism: English and French We offer a tailored employee experience and competitive total rewards and benefits package* designed to attract and retain global diverse talent, reward performance, and reinforce business strategies and priorities.
