Il effectue galement la maintenance prventive et corrective, lanalyse vibratoire et contribue lamlioration de la fiabilit des quipements.

Responsabilits: Installer, inspecter et rparer les quipements lectromcaniques.

Effectuer lentretien prventif et correctif des machines rotatives.

Effectuer des diagnostics de dfaillance mcaniques, lectriques, hydrauliques et pneumatiques.

Raliser lalignement laser ou au comparateur.

Lire et interprter des plans mcaniques et schmas lectriques.

Assurer les tests de fonctionnement aprs rparation.

Rdiger des rapports de maintenance et de service.

Respecter les normes de sant et de scurit au travail.

Collaborer avec les quipes de production et dingnierie.

Utiliser des quipements de levage pour manipuler des pices lourdes.

Comptences et exigences: DEP en lectromcanique, Mcanique industrielle, ou diplme quivalent. 2 5 ans dexprience en maintenance industrielle (atout).

Excellentes comptences en dpannage mcanique et lectrique.

Matrise des outils comme multimtre, analyseur de vibrations, tachymtre.

Exprience en alignement laser (atout).

Bonne condition physique Comptences informatiques de base (Microsoft Office).

Job Overview: The Electromechanic specializing in rotating machinery is responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and diagnosing industrial equipment such as electric motors, blowers, pumps, fans, compressors, and other rotating systems.

The role also includes performing preventive and corrective maintenance, vibration analysis, troubleshooting, and contributing to equipment reliability improvements.

Responsibilities: Install, inspect, and repair electromechanical equipment.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on rotating machinery.

Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic failures.

Perform laser alignment or dial indicator alignment.

Read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.

Conduct operational tests after repairs.

Prepare maintenance and service reports.

Comply with workplace health and safety standards.





Collaborate with production and engineering teams.

Use lifting and handling equipment to move heavy parts.

Skills/Requirements: Diploma in Electromechanics, Industrial Mechanics, or an equivalent field 2 to 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance (an asset).

Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

Proficiency with tools such as a multimeter, vibration analyzer, and tachometer.

Experience with laser alignment (an asset).

Good physical condition. computer skills (Microsoft Office). mechanically inclined, self-motivated and able to work without supervision.

Additional job training on the assembly of blowers may be required upon request.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, PLC diagrams, work instructions, safety instructions, operates forklift and overhead crane.

Have demonstrated crane and rigging experience, knowledge of rigging and lifting equipment as well as parts that do not have a center of gravity that are easily identified. EDUCATION/TRAINING REQUIRED: High School Diploma, or equivalent. courses completed (Mechanical, Pneumatics, PLC, Hydraulics, is a plus).

Experience substituted for education.
