What You'll Be Doing Support plant operations by performing general clean-up, equipment maintenance, and material handling. Assist with safe and efficient operation of machinery and tools. Monitor, inspect, and report on plant conditions to maintain continuous operation. Follow site safety procedures and contribute to a culture of safety. Provide operational support to team members as needed to meet production goals. What Are We Looking For Skid Steer Certificate Ability to work safely and follow established procedures. Capability to perform physically active tasks in varying weather conditions. Comfort working around heavy equipment and industrial environments. Strong teamwork mindset with willingness to learn and take direction. Reliable and self-motivated approach to daily tasks and responsibilities. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply. Verification of age will be required as a condition of employment. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
