Handle incoming and outgoing calls requiring robust problem-solving skills and calm, empathetic, and professional communication. Process moderately to highly complex requests, billing issues, and escalations with professionalism and efficiency. Provide clear and accurate information about pharmacy services and contribute to a high-quality patient experience.
