Overview Job Skills / Requirements About the Role Paladin Security is recruiting Security Officers to support Critical Infrastructure Protection Program. Officers will provide proactive patrols, access control, project asset protection, and incident response at high-profile utility facilities throughout the Lower Mainland. Training Provided Paladin & site specific LMS Training Site-specific orientation Exposure to SOPs / Security Operational Plans Duties Conduct proactive exterior patrols Protect project assets and critical infrastructure Monitor laydown and construction areas Perform access control duties Detect and report suspicious activity Complete detailed notebook entries and incident reports Maintain a professional and visible security presence Respond to emergencies and security incidents Requirements Valid BC Security Worker License Valid Class 5 Driver's License with clean abstract Reliable personal transportation Strong communication and report-writing skills Ability to work independently during overnight shifts Eligibility to work in Canada Preferred Qualifications BST Certification BFA Certification Mobile Patrol experience Military, law enforcement,
