As the Program Manager, your responsibility includes managing a portfolio of client-centered programs and supervising program staff and students. You will lead team-oriented program developments and handle crises effectively while making sure standards of delivery are met. Your work will directly support families in rebuilding their lives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure ongoing quality in program and service delivery
• Deliver client-centered services and supervise program staff
• Collaborate on progressive strategic program initiatives




• Evaluate training and maintain program schedules
• Foster volunteer engagement alongside the Volunteer Coordinator
Requirements:
• Post-secondary credential in Social Services or similar
• At least two years of supervisory experience in client services
• Deep understanding of vulnerabilities in target populations
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to navigate budget management and compliance regulations
