About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Operations Manager to oversee their supply chain and distribution activities, with a primary focus on operations supporting Kimberley. This strategic role demands strong leadership to manage transportation, warehousing, and inventory management functions effectively. You will be responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies, optimizing efficiency, controlling costs, and ensuring the highest levels of service delivery to customers. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of logistics best practices and a proven ability to drive continuous improvement within a complex operational environment. Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all aspects of the logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and inventory control. Develop and execute strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels. Oversee the management of warehouse facilities, ensuring optimal space utilization, safety, and operational readiness. Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs), carriers, and other supply chain partners.



Implement performance metrics and conduct regular reviews to monitor operational effectiveness and identify areas for enhancement. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies across logistics functions. Requirements

Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in logistics and supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a management role. Proven experience in managing complex logistics operations, including warehousing and transportation. Robust leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills. Expertise in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS). Excellent financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost control. A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Benefits
