Volunteer Experience · Work Experience · Work & Career Laugh and Learn Children Centre Ltd is hiring a F/T Daycare Supervisor. · Terms of employment: Full time, Permanent · Wage: $29.00~$37.00/hour (depending on experience) · Number of Positions: 1 Job Duties: · Assess and monitor each child’s developmental progress to design and implement individualized learning plans · Develop and oversee child care programs that foster the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social growth of children · Supervise and provide guidance to staff, trainees, and volunteers to ensure quality program delivery and compliance with policies · Plan and maintain a safe, healthy, and inclusive environment that supports the well-being and security of children · Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and organizational standards · Conduct observations of children’s behaviour and development, and prepare reports for parents, guardians, and relevant stakeholders · Lead and coordinate activities that encourage creativity, self-expression,
