Summary:

The primary responsibility for the Lead Carpenter is to support the Construction Manager as requested to keep the project moving forward.

Health & Minimum requirements:

- Healthy & physically fit
- Own PPE and personal tools
- Have your own vehicle to get to and from jobsites all over the lower mainland, and hold a valid BC Driver's License
- Explicit communication in the English language and able to follow instructions
- Minimum 10 years of Residential Renovation or New Construction experience required




- Red Seal Carpentry Ticket (Or able to challenge)

General Responsibilities:

1. Follow site safety rules.
2. Complete all assigned tasks efficiently and safely: forming, framing, finishing, door and window install, clean up, and other various carpentry tasks
3. Electrical/painting/plumbing/drywall are all subcontracted out but – you need to have a general understanding of these other trades; and how they work together in “house as a system”
4. Read site drawings

Compensation:

- Renumeration dependant on skills & experience
