As a Senior Receptionist in the Business Centre, your role goes beyond welcoming people: Youll be the first point of contact for clients, guests and colleagues by embodying the Banks professional and welcoming image.

Youll play a key role in supporting the Commercial, Private Banking 1859, NBF, NBDB and National Bank Trust sectors by maintaining a proactive, diligent and committed presence. With your sense of service, efficiency and attention to detail, youll contribute directly to achieving our teams business objectives.

Your role:

• Warmly greet clients, guests, and colleagues, acting as a resource person for them and internal teams.
• Answer phone calls and emails from various sectors, ensuring thorough follow-up.
• Manage the reception area and meeting rooms, ensuring their upkeep during the Business Centres opening hours.
• Help internal teams manage orders and monitor supply inventory by ensuring timely restocking.
• Support PB1859 associate and banker teams with their administrative follow-up and customer service.
• Perform various administrative tasks independently according to established policies, standards and procedures.
• Ensure management and administrative follow-up of files.
• Help the Customer Service Manager coordinate the smooth operation of the Business Centre and its activities.
• Ensure compliance with the units quality standards by making the necessary adjustments to procedures and practices.
