Our full-time Design Consultants have an earning potential of approximately $65,000–$75,000+ per year, with the opportunity to earn more based on individual performance.

You don't need to be an interior designer to succeed at EQ3.

If you have strong sales skills and an interest in furniture and design, we'll provide the product knowledge and tools you need to build your expertise.

You'll be joining our Griffintown team at 1155 Rue Wellington, Montréal, QC, in a full-time capacity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Design Consultant, you'll help customers select furniture and accessories that fit their space, lifestyle, and budget.

You'll develop your own sales opportunities, build lasting customer relationships,



and take ownership of achieving your individual sales goals.

In this role, you will: Welcome customers and understand their needs
Recommend furniture solutions that complement their space, lifestyle, and personal style
Present and sell products across our upholstery, dining, bedroom, and accessories collections
Turn customer conversations and opportunities into sales
Follow up with customers and build long-term relationships
Develop your client base and generate new sales opportunities
Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales goals
Build strong knowledge of EQ3 products, materials, and options
Collaborate with your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You could be a great fit if you: Have experience in retail sales, consultative sales, or commission-based sales
Are motivated by goals, results, and the prospect to increase your earnings
Enjoy building relationships with customers
Are confident following up with customers and closing sales
Are self-motivated, proactive, and accountable for your results
Have an interest in furniture, design, and quality products
Are available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Experience in furniture or interior design is an asset, but it is not required.

Sales experience in furniture,



home décor, appliances, automotive, jewelry, premium fashion, kitchens, flooring, or other specialized retail environments may be particularly relevant.
