Le Spécialiste en Amélioration Continue est chargé de promouvoir l'excellence opérationnelle au sein de l'organisation.
Ce rôle implique de faciliter des activités structurées d'amélioration, diriger des ateliers transversaux et collaborer avec différentes unités d'affaires pour améliorer les processus, augmenter l'efficacité et standardiser les meilleures pratiques.
Le spécialiste soutiendra une ou plusieurs unités d'affaires telles que le Service Clientèle, le Centre de Réparation, la Chaîne d'Approvisionnement et les Finances, en fournissant des améliorations mesurables alignées sur les objectifs organisationnels.
Responsabilités
Diriger et animer des ateliers d'amélioration continue avec des équipes transversales.
Engager des employés à tous les niveaux pour identifier les opportunités, analyser les processus et mettre en œuvre des solutions durables.
Guider les équipes à travers des initiatives structurées d'amélioration axées sur l'efficacité opérationnelle.
Soutenir les initiatives visant à réduire les temps de cycle, améliorer le débit de production et optimiser l'utilisation des ressources.
Conduire des améliorations dans des domaines tels que les temps de mise en place des machines, la conception des cellules et le flux de production.
Développer et mettre en œuvre la standardisation des processus pour assurer la cohérence et l'évolutivité.
Utiliser des outils de gestion Lean tels que la cartographie des processus, la cartographie de la chaîne de valeur (VSM), 5S et les techniques de résolution de problèmes.
Établir de solides relations avec les parties prenantes à travers diverses unités d'affaires.
Agir en tant qu'agent de changement, soutenant les équipes dans la transformation et l'adoption de nouveaux processus.
Travailler de manière collaborative à travers plusieurs départements pour aligner les projets d'amélioration avec les objectifs commerciaux.
Compétences Essentielles
5-10 ans d'expérience en amélioration continue dans un environnement de fabrication, idéalement dans les secteurs automobile ou aérospatial.
Diplôme de baccalauréat ou technique (l'ingénierie industrielle est un bon atout).
Bilingue, français et anglais (le français doit être complètement maîtrisé).
Compétences Supplémentaires & qualifications
Expérience de stage chez PWC.
Expérience dans le secteur aérospatial/automobile.
Aisance à dispenser/animer des formations aux employés.
Excellentes compétences en construction de relations et en gestion du changement.
Excellentes compétences en communication.
Environnement De Travail
Heures de travail standard, 5 jours par semaine sur site non négociable. Déplacements occasionnels aux États-Unis pour des ateliers possibles.

Essential Skills
5-10 years of experience in continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment, ideally automotive or aerospace.
Bachelor's or technical degree (Industrial Engineering is a good degree).
Bilingual, French & English (French must be completely fluent).
Additional Skills and Qualifications
PWC internship experience.
Experience in the Aerospace/Automotive sector.
Comfortable delivering/facilitating training to employees.
Excellent relationship-building skills and change management.
Excellent communication skills.
Work Environment
