What could be more exciting than putting your mark on some of the world's most famous and well-loved fashion brands? We are looking for an Designer to join our growing team in Montreal for a 1 year contract.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:Research trends, colors, and mood board creation

Create detailed technical drawings and color cads using Adobe Illustrator

Create styles and tech pack in PLMHelping with sampling and daily communication with vendors on samples status





Document all information about the samples (the number of samples received, where the samples are ship, etc.)Filling and organizing samples

Working on proto comments, fabric/lab dips approval

Preparing samples for buyer meetings, presentation

Sending samples to vendors and the sales teams

Assisting the team with any related tasks.DO YOU HAVE THE PROFILE WE''RE LOOKING FOR?3+ years of pertinent experience;Diploma in Fashion;Ladies sportswear and/or denim is an asset

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office

Excellent knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign

Knowledge of PLM is an asset

Experience in creating technical drawings

Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines;Bilingual (French/English); English is necessary for this position since the person will work daily with overseas factories and will need to present sketches and send communications and information to clients outside of Quebec.
