Key Responsibilities:
• Review and assess student petitions and appeals
• Provide policy guidance to students and faculty




• Write routine documents and formulate petitions
• Lead workshops on petition processes
• Resolve issues and escalate where necessary
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum four years in registrarial or academic advising
• Solid knowledge of academic policies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
