This individual is to ship all authorized parts out daily, ensuring proper method of transport and packaging, along with all correct shipping instructions. This will include defective claims being sent back to vendors. They are required to communicate with all departments for their shipping needs. Duties and Responsibilities: Take all pictures of defects in units Warranty parts for Keystone must be returned weekly Sort and keep parts returned neat and tidy Make up registrations for demo personnel - register with company when unit is sold File all T# work orders, parts invoices File Freedom Road contract sheets Entering expiry date on IDS for Freedom Road contracts Complete Freedom Road claimsUpdate the flat rate manuals for techs Fax all delivery inspection sheets
