$25.63 plus a comprehensive benefits package.


Responsibilities



  • Plan, develop and facilitate programs for youth ages 13-19.

  • Supervise and transport youth.

  • Promote the program and network with community resources.


Qualifications



  • Two years combined experience working with at‑risk youth.

  • One year facilitation experience.

  • Knowledge of facilitation and teaching strategies.

  • Experience with at‑risk populations (preferably aged 11-19).

  • Knowledge of program planning and development.

  • Understanding of anger and conflict resolution.

  • Understanding of substance abuse and its effects.

  • Ability to work independently and as a supportive team player.

  • Ability to work flexible schedule.
