Position: Legal Expert Restructuring (Project Donna) Type: Contract Compensation: $100$120/hour Location: Remote Commitment: ~18 hours Role Responsibilities Evaluate AI-generated legal content in restructuring and insolvency to enhance accuracy and depth.

Review six blinded AI deliverables for alignment with legal principles and methodologies.

Conduct five head-to-head comparisons against a common comparator output.

Provide clear, structured feedback with a short, specific rationale for each preference.

Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance .





Qualifications Must-Have Qualified lawyer with substantive practice experience in restructuring and insolvency .

Ability to judge work product holistically for correctness, completeness, judgment, and usefulness.

Precise written English skills.

Ability to work independently to written instructions and a deadline.
