We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Account Representative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify client needs.

Educate clients about insurance products and recommend suitable solutions.

Focus on growing Life Insurance sales through proactive client conversations and referrals.

Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries regarding coverage, policy changes, billing, claims, and eligibility.

Follow up consistently with prospects and existing clients.

Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Work closely with the Agent to achieve office sales and marketing goals.

Qualifications LLQP License and OTL License are required.

Previous sales experience is preferred (insurance, retail, inside sales, outside sales, or telemarketing).

Solid communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Self-motivated, professional, and goal-oriented.

Ability to source own leads Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
