Job Title: Agile Coach Location: Toronto, ON (Onsite) Duration: + months Daily Responsibilities: Hands-on coaching of teams to improve Agile maturity, collaboration, and delivery.
Hands-on experience implementing Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile practices Proficiency in running daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions.
Guiding teams in self-organization and cross-functionality Mentoring Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and team members to excel in their roles Designing and facilitating Agile workshops, training sessions, and boot camps.
Guiding teams and stakeholders to make informed, consensus-driven decisions.
Collaborating with stakeholders to align Agile practices with business goals.
Aligning team-level Agile practices with program and portfolio-level objectives.
Support the team in navigating work across both agile and waterfall delivery methodologies Reinforce ways of working and operating model with broader channel and payments product teams, operations and Go-to-Market teams.
Must have skills: Proven experience as an Agile Coach or similar role in software development Exceptional communication and facilitation skills to guide, influence, and inspire others in the adoption of Agile practices.
Effective problem-solving skills to identify,
analyze and rectify any hurdles or issues impeding the Agile implementation.
Strong leadership and team building skills to foster a collaborative and high-performing Agile workplace.
Experience with Agile techniques such as User Stories, Continuous Integration, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement) Nice to have: Certifications such as Certified Scrum
Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or Certified Agile Coach (CAC).
Strong project management skills, including planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives.
Ability to bridge both agile and waterfall delivery methodologies Experience as a Product Owner and/or as part of an agile product development and delivery team Mindlance is an equal chance employer.
