Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce platform administration (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) or web content management systems. Strong understanding of e-commerce workflows, including order management, inventory, and customer data. Proficiency in using website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
