As an Event Supervisor - Guest Experience, you will play a key role in supporting event operations, leading frontline teams, and ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience from arrival to departure.

Pay Rate: $21.00/hour Location: Ottawa, ON Job Type: Temporary | Full-time Schedule: 5 days per week (subject to the show schedule).

Shifts begin approximately 2 hours before showtime and conclude after guest operations have ended.

and guest experience initiatives Communicate operational updates and expectations to staff Collaborate with department leaders to achieve event objectives Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and company standards Qualifications 1 to 3 years of leadership experience in hospitality, retail, food service, tourism, entertainment, events, or customer service Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities Passion for customer service and guest satisfaction Smart Serve Certification required Cash handling experience required Experience with inventory control considered an asset Experience working at live events or large-scale venues preferred Experience using radio communication systems is an asset Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Must be 18 years of age or older Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada Are you interested in this position?
