If so, this could be the career for you! Our client is looking to add a Shipper/Reeciver to their team! This role is located in the Mississauga area near Winston Churchill and Highway 401.

Job Title: Shipper/Receiver Shift: 8:30am-5pm Pay Rate: 23-24$/hr Advantages *Free Parking *Clean, friendly work environment *potential for full time * lots of learning opportunities Responsibilities Shipping preparing shipments: order picking, pack, wrap, strap (boxes and skids, depends on order) arranging pick-up and transfer of shipments Receiving receiving incoming goods: check content against packing slip, put into stock location, report overage/underage or damage Warehouse Load and unload trucks with pump cart or forklift (if licensed and tested internally) Housekeeping - keep the warehouse clean - sweep up, empty garbage bins periodically Put stock away and pick goods from the shelf, do stock counts Please note: Most of the work is physical preparation of shipments, picking, packing, strapping and receiving of goods.

While we prefer forklift certification, it is not mandatory for this role.

Computer work will be limited .

If the candidate has inventory control / inventory management experience, this is an asset.

Qualifications Ability to multi-task Shipping/receiving experience RF scanner experience Counterbalance forklift license an asset PHYSICAL DEMANDS While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to speak, hear and to use simple hand tools.

Employee will regularly be required to walk, stand for long periods of time, climb ladders, balance,



stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. WORK ENVIRONMENT The work environment is indoors in a warehouse setting.

Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
