You will also conduct regular inspections and manage compliance with environmental safety guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle service requests and ensure quality completion • Perform maintenance tasks according to CMMS standards • Conduct fire pump tests and generator inspections • Assist in emergency response situations like fire alarms • Maintain inventory for spare parts and tools
Requirements: • Solid background in building operations and maintenance • Valid 4th class stationary engineer or refrigeration certificate • Proficient in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems • Solid service orientation with excellent communication skills • Experience with Microsoft Office and building management systems
