As the Satellite Director, you will have a primary role in guiding youth programs and enhancing community relationships. Your leadership will inspire staff and volunteers, while your fundraising efforts will support vital ministry initiatives that promote holistic youth development.

Requirements:
• Solid leadership and interpersonal effectiveness
• Experience in youth ministry preferred
• Exceptional communication and relational skills
• Organizational skills for managing multiple tasks
• Education in a relevant field required
